My what a time we live! Emotional and spiritual rollercoaster would be understatements to describe how people feel. Anyone, including pastors and preachers, who tell you otherwise, are hiding behind a lie. Our faith is strong, but as the Bible states, the spirit is many times willing but the flesh, the "who" we are, seems to get in the way and cause anxiety! Sometimes we just need to step back and take a deep breath and find a little nugget of comfort somewhere and maybe in someone!
