I remember a soap opera that mom and my grandmother used to watch religiously. It began like this, “like sand through the hourglass, these are the days of our lives.“ That specifically makes reference to time. We see the clock, we know that it goes TickTock all day long, and we know that we are allotted a certain amount of “time“. But understanding time can be very difficult for us humans to do; God created time and is outside of time and is not bound by time. There was a “time“ before God said in the beginning. When we hear the word beginning that implies the start. But God was before… Again, our minds cannot comprehend all there is to know about God so by faith we move forward and hopefully use our times wisely.
