Pat is a Kansas native, with a degree in Engineering. His love of craft beer led him to homebrewing and eventually on to opening Lost Evenings Brewing Company in Lenexa, KS. He lives in Olathe, KS with his wife (and co-brewery owner) Heather, and their two young daughters. On today’s podcast, Pat shares the inspiring story of opening up his brewery during the heart of the pandemic.
