On today’s episode I am joined by health and fitness coach
Adriana Mastronardi.
How do busy moms find time to focus on their own health and fitness? How do we stay consistent with our health and fitness goals? Adriana breaks it down for us in this episode.
Adriana is an Environmental Engineer with a master’s degree
in environmental health. In 2008, she quit her job as an engineer to pursue her passion for teaching. After her 3rd child was born, she felt that she got lost in the shuffle of raising a family and working full time. So, she set out on a
journey of re-discovery. She found fitness and quickly fell in love with getting strong. She fell in love with taking care of herself first, so she could show up for those that are important to her in the right ways.
Through her journey, she realized her passion for helping other women feel good in their bodies, so she completed a nutrition coaching certification and her personal training license. She wants other women to understand the importance of making time for themselves, while using fitness and nutrition to help guide that process.
