Today, I’m discussing how understanding behavior at a deeper level can decrease stress ultimately resulting in increased connection.

This is the foundation of what I call Beautiful Behavior. We are decreasing stress one layer at a time. And today we are decreasing stress by raising awareness.

In this episode I dive into:

· Unconscious patterns that keep us in a cycle of
stress

· How stress impacts the brain

· What a stressed brain looks like on the outside

I also share one small, simple strategy you can implement
this week to strengthen your awareness muscle and move the needle towards decreasing stress to increase connection.
