Are you caught in the trap of all or nothing thinking? This type of thinking is linked to perfectionism, anxiety, and procrastination (all of which I identify with). On today’s episode I discuss how and why this type of thinking can be toxic in relationships and how it sabotages our goals. I also talk about how I am working to shift this black and white thinking to adding in more “gray” and how that can move us TOWARDS our goals rather than away from them.
