Description

Boundaries are an important aspect in building healthy relationships. We cannot have healthy relationships without healthy boundaries. I think healthy boundaries are one of the top issues in our relationships. The problem is we don't realize its our boundaries, or the lack of them, that is the problem. We usually see conflicts in our relationships as an issue with the other person.

What gets in the way of setting and upholding healthy boundaries for ourselves is often our traditional conditioning around emotions.

Today I talk about how our social conditioning around feelings can add stress to our relationships and how we can move towards healthier ones.
