give up being right to others to avoid conflict. Which actually means you are silenced into go along with others to get along. If this is you, you may be playing the victim in your life. If you take on the stance of, “I’m always right” you may be playing the persecutor in your life. Both roles are a way to
avoid conflict and defend our own sense of self-worth. Both roles create drama and more conflict in our lives. In today’s episode we navigate the need to be right as we move from controlling to connecting.
