Description

I closed out my 2025 vision board goal in the most powerful way I could’ve imagined by crossing the finish line at the Atlanta Track Club’s Invesco QQQ Thanksgiving Day race. Thirteen thousand runners. Thirty-three degrees. Endless hills. And a moment of pride that reminded me just how far I’ve come.

In this episode, I share the full story: finishing my 12th race of the year, navigating complicated holiday emotions while my daughters traveled to South Carolina, and processing what it feels like to stay away from relatives who still treat me like I don’t exist.

I also take you behind the scenes of a major life shift — ending one job, unexpectedly interviewing for another, and accepting a new HR role that starts December 2nd. It’s stability, it’s growth, and it’s still not the end of the story… because I’m building my own business, too.

This year tested me, stretched me, and pushed me but the finish lines kept me moving.

Affirmation:
I honor every finish line — on the trail, at work, and in my healing.
