In this episode I discuss the controversial Strong Independent description. April Mason says it's not a compliment to be called a Strong Independent Black Woman. I disagree with a lot of what April Mason says but we do share some values. There's space to be soft and feminine and strong/independent. There's more than one way to be a woman, there's space for all of us.
