The modern church in the West has relinquished its place to being a pebble in the shoe of extreme liberalism or a pawn in the chess game of extreme conservatism. We are more than pebbles or pawns- we are citizens of heaven meant to be a prophetic people who speak to, against, and for the people and issues that represent God’s mercy and justice.
