On today's Kresta in the Afternoon, Al shares his thoughts on Catholic education as he continues his series on Forming Consciences for Faithful Citizenship.  Jimmy Lai, a Hong Kong entrepreneur who was arrested in the democracy protests there, joins Al to talk about his movement there and how Hong Kong desires to be part of the West.  Al also shares his thoughts on what we know about what Pope Francis said last week regarding civil unions.  And in the second hour, former Newsweek senior editor Jonathan Alter joins Al to discuss his new book, "His Very Best: Jimmy Carter, a Life."
