Join Gina Forster, MS, RDN, and me in today’s episode as we dive into how to find balance with food. We also discuss how to keep a positive relationship with food as a college student as this is the population that Gina works with. In addition, Gina and I talk about how to navigate nutrition when certain allergies or medical conditions are present. Lastly, Gina shares some of her top tips on how to raise children free from diet culture.
