Your New Years' resolutions don't have to focus on weight loss, starting a new diet, or exercising more. In 2021, my challenge for all of us is to actually make goals for ourselves not to diet, and not to strive to lose weight. Sounds super weird right? But I am confident that this will lead to a more enjoyable and less stressful start to the new year.
