Chi Ndika completed her college degree, but never really saw herself in a traditional 9 to 5. At 25 years old, she created a small-batch ice cream company with healthy, locally-sourced ingredients that she called Luv Fats Ice Cream. We discuss how her Black-owned business is challenging the landscape of the Austin food community, why it's important to give back, and how her Kenyan and Nigerian parents are proud of her (but wouldn't hate it if she got one more college degree).
