What are you starving for? Krispy Kreme glazed donut when the sign is lit? A fresh waffle with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top? Or is it righteousness? Is it a hunger and thirst that can only be satisfied from Christ? Although we certainly cannot do anything further to attain a better standing with God, Christ's commands are explicitly clear that we should love the things that God loves and hate the things that He hates and pursue righteousness. He also states that we will be persecuted for this, we just don't want to be. Through this episode the guys walk through one of the very stark commands in the beatitudes.
