This is an off the cuff, casually charismatic and sensitive talk encompassing a wide range of topics such as death, madness, suicide, grief, true love, rejection, comedy, and all sorts of other anxieties. Scotty and I used to podcast IS THAT MY BEER OR YOUR BEER? together and alternate weeks as Boondocks open mic hosts for years. There were some satisfying moments of hilarity and wisdom in this rambling and digressive attempt to maintain levity and balance over the course of an hour. Pretty good! Scotty will headline shows at the Velveeta Room in Austin on the weekend of Feb 4 and 5, 2022.
