But instead these behaviors come from not being able to experience pleasure fully. The belief that society tends to hold is that overweight people (or maybe not even overweight) but people who overeat or binge on food are gluttons and just eat and eat to experience pleasure is false and understanding this for yourself can be such a relief from shame and guilt.
