I’m this episode I am talking all about binge eating and how to stop. I have so many clients who are working through binge eating disorder and it is also what I struggled with for so long. And the shame and emotional (as well as physical pain) that comes along with binge eating is so raw and real and difficult. So many of you out there struggle with this and it’s so difficult to talk about because it can feel so shameful. The cool thing is that for those of you listening who do not binge eat but emotionally eat or just simply overeat…you will be able to use a lot of the techniques and strategies that I talk about in this episode as well.
