In this episode I talk about impulse eating and how to stop. You can probably think of moments where you have the best of intentions with the choices you are making with food …maybe with a goal to get healthy or maybe with the goal of losing weight and then something presents itself where you impulsively eat something you were not planning to. Impulse eating can be the one thing that leads to not being able to lose the weight you want to lose. Take a listen for strategies you can start to practice to stop the impulse eating for good!
