Ahhhh….satisfaction….that elusive feeling or state of being that humans constantly look for. It’s often why many of us turn to excess food to find comfort and that sense of satisfaction. Food can produce momentary satisfaction and so it’s easy to become entangled in overeating to try to get into the “state” of satisfaction is even for a moment.
