In this episode I talk about values-work and how it relates to lasting changes you want to make in your life. When we are clear on our life values (and I talk about ways to figure out what your particular values are) we can make decisions based on our values which lead to a sense of alignment with ourselves; a sense we are living in our authentic selves and living an authentic, true-to values life. And when we are in this way of living, of being, we almost effortlessly find ourselves behaving & utilizing actions that create sustained goal attainment (including weight loss!)
