Some individuals (including me) have used exercise as an excuse to overeat or binge, essentially linking our exercise routine to our food intake. It’s this weird concept that we take on…that in order to eat what we want to eat we have to exercise first …like food intake and nourishing our bodies is only allowed when we have done exercise XYZ …ran so many miles, walked so many steps, spent so many hours at the gym.
