What I see the most in my coaching practice is that there are recurring themes. Each person has their own unique life experience, but often at the core there are recurring themes. The main one, perhaps even the core one, is that nearly all of us have or have had low self-worth.

We think poorly of ourselves.

We don’t value ourselves.

We talk shit to ourselves.

We don’t feel confident in our own skin

If you don’t believe that you are worthy to be alive, or worthy of care, thought, love or kindness then it’s extremely challenging to create any form of positive change.

We think there is something fundamentally wrong with us.. and for most women it shows up as hating our bodies or how we look.

We hyper fixate on this and think that if we can just look “perfect” we will feel stronger, be braver and feel love-able.

It’s a massive f-off lie.

Our worth is not dependant on how we look.

To find self-worth you have to look for it. The evidence - and unfortunately we tend to focus on what is “wrong” and reinforce that thought, rather than what our strengths, gifts, capabilities etc are.

So consider this the first audio dedicated to your worth and creating more of it.
