In today's episode I'm talking about the missing link that Gabor Mate and Joe Dispenza miss out when they're talking about healing.
We know that the way Joe Dispenza talks about healing is quite magical and energetically based... and we know that Gabor Mate talks about it practically, logically and focussed mostly on healing the trauma.
But we need to link the two together - and this is what I do. I make all these modalities come together with Hope, Clarity and Possibility.
Also... we're talking about Emotional Safety - because we can't create a different future if you don't learn to feel safe in the present.
