In today’s episode I have invited my friend SOPHIE to come and hold space for my story. My why. The reason why I’m doing these podcasts. The reasons why I show up in my work. The reason I want to be there to support you in your journey and expansion.
It all stems from my own personal journey with pain, suffering, joy, expansion, love, betrayal. All of it.
We touch on some significant, poignant and moving moments that II’ve experienced. SOPHIE so beautifully holds space for all of that.
I hope you enjoy this episode. It was quite emotional for me to record and I hope within it you find some peace, resonance and perhaps even a part of yourself that feels familiar too.
