Feeling frustrated in regard to your relationship with food?

I am a FIRM believer in the question, "Why?" We always need to be asking ourselves "WHY?"

Why do you eat?

Why do you choose the food you choose?

Are you a Yo-Yo Dieter who continues to practice losing  weight just to then gain it back?

Are you a victim to your food choices without any ability to control what you purchase and then put in your mouth?

Do you always fall off the wagon in regard to your health goals?

Tonight, we are going to be asking ourselves "why" we have the relationship with food that we have. Just like when you were a child and consistently asked "why" to your parents over and over again! But we are going to do it with full intention.

All I ask is that you give it a try and along with my lead. As Ingrid and I write about in our book, Your Personal Journey with Food, how can you move forward if you don't know where you are? Tonight, let's figure out the "why."

I challenge you tonight to figure this stuff out so you can move forward into a supportive relationship with your food and thus with yourself.
