Dealing with anger involves recognizing and managing the emotion in healthy ways. So how do we deal with the inevitable? Today we take a a moment to identify the triggers and underlying feelings that are associated with anger. While it is definitely okay to feel angry, it is more important to respond to it in a constructive and healthy manner.
