May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we want to shed light on what it is and what it ain’t. Learning about mental health can help stop the stigma. We have so many battles to fight these days so we must identify what is good mental health. The goal of this podcast and especially this episode is to encourage you to get the help you need and/or give the support that’s needed to check in on those you love. What Matters Most is your mental health.
