Today we are starting off with a new series where we highlight real estate agents in different areas.
Today we talk to Matt Baynton who, as a real estate agent, started in Vancouver before moving on to Nanaimo. Matt currently works for the Sims Real Estate group, a team doing more than 200 transactions a year. Matt works with everything from retiree's, investors, to families. He has recently seen people relocate from big cities to the smaller areas like Nanaimo. he highlights the area, why it may be a good investment, and what to look for!
