This week I had lots of fun sitting down over Zoom with Rob Bernardo, a fellow local creative, musician and ally. We get into a serious, intellectual and in depth discussion on how our country is failing us all across the board. We break the stereotype that this nation is super sweet and our people are overly apologetic, when in reality we have some serious systematic issues of race and inequality just like our neighbors south of the boarder. Rob gives insight to how our provincial government has lost its grip on the pandemic, his experience at the Adamson's BBQ, and also bigger issues Canada wide, like our continuous lack of care to our Indigenous peoples. We attempt to even dissect the minds of anti maskers and the irony of them fighting for freedom when their movement seems a bit cult like to the rest of us. This week is a lot to unpack in this hour long guest special, however this episode is all about the truth!
