Description

On this week's episode I am joined by Tina and Mac Dodds. Tina is a professional life coach, speaker, and retreat facilitator. She helps busy people live more and stress less.  Mac is health coach and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Certification. They have two sons and shared so many real examples of including fun in parenting, business, and life. They shared great stories of having fun with raking the leaves, doing the laundry, and walking in the rain. The conversation is so rich and filled with very practical ideas to add play and making that type of life contagious. These two are such fun people and you will hear that come out throughout this conversation.

Today's word of the day is "chores." Every time you hear the word chores take a sip. Most of our conversation revolved around the idea of making chores fun, so why not turn that word into a game right off the bat. Food and drinks for thought, "How can you make a chore you don't like doing more fun?"
