Description

Today I was joined by two Transformational Coaches, Coach Jasmyne and Coach Georgia. These ladies had a lot of great things to share including personal stories about deleting her father's business, playing golf, and sparkly shoes.

Getting people out of their heads and into their lives.

We misunderstand or confuse something being serious can’t be fun. You can be serious and still have fun.

Business, money, any of it, is only as serious or as heavy as we make it out to be.

When we are quiet, what pushes your button, what feels joyous to do? Look inside to what feels right to you and not what we think we have to do.

Look at now!

You can’t play if you aren’t present. You can’t play Monopoly next Thursday. You can plan to play Monopoly next Thursday. We can’t actually play it until next Thursday comes.

Follow your dream, your instinct, your inspiration, not someone else’s. That’s the only way you succeed on a deeper level, because it comes from within you.

Doing it for yourself and not for anyone else.

It came from loving the process and actually knowing I couldn’t really go wrong with it, so it was going to be okay.

There is really strong evidence about the fact that learning through failing a few times is actually the best way to get to your end pit on very many different levels, because you are going through the process.

Give your feet some love, because they carry us through life.

When the feeling is right and there is no reason not to do it, do it.
