We discussed the idea that you get to create the game, especially as an entrepreneur. It's your game. You make it up just like kids do when they play games in the neighborhood. We discussed my new favorite word gameifying, which is when you create a game in your work around something mundane. One of my biggest take aways from the whole conversation was finding pleasure in the labor. Everything can't always be fun, but there are ways to enjoy the process a little more.
