Check-ins, working with a coach & working towards your goal is nothing without YOUR input, especially if it's 1-1 work.
I use a reel I found by Emily King (one of my favorite bodybuilders!!) and then discuss ways you can optimise your check ins and what you might want to start doing.
I briefly touch on the "boring" bits of your transformation and why these areas are to be expected!
