Today, I'm extremely excited to welcome my longtime confidant, one of my former PIC's, and one of my most special and unique friendships.
Yes, that's correct... Today, I'm speaking with my buddy Nick Pickrell otherwise known as Nick Pick.
Nick is a legend within the Kansas City area. Some wonder if he even exists at all. Some think he's just a myth. A tall tale. I happen to know that he's real.
Nick and I met when I was 16 years old. We were in a pop punk band together for four years. You've heard me mention it here before.
Gametime was fortunate enough to do a lot of really cool things and I don't know if we could have done them without Nick.
Nick is currently playing bass for the band Akilles. He's also the founder of The Open Table KC. A very progressive gathering and community builder in KC.
He also just procured his real estate license and I know he's going to be a big success.
