In episode 8 of the TheFatBoyzPodcast DJ Redd and Zeebraa discuss seeking instant gratification. We believe that seeking instant gratification ruins your ability to enjoy the process of accomplishing a set goal. In most cases a person would feel like the goal is to hard to achieve if they didn't see instant gratification. Examples of this would be likes, comments, subscribers or shares for someone that's in the entertainment business or eating healthier but seeing little change with the number on the scale for someone that was looking to loose weight.
