Erica Bianca Monconjay Doe is a Washington, DC native committed to the use of therapeutic creativity in the social-emotional development of youth. She is the daughter of immigrant parents from Liberia, and the first in her family to graduate from college. As such, she is especially inclined to work with students of color who will be the first in their families to attend a college or university. After earning her Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University, and her Master of Social Work from Syracuse University, Erica received a Fulbright Fellowship through which she served as a University Teacher and College Advisor in Johannesburg, South Africa. Erica is also a Licensed Master Social Worker who provides therapy to adults in the District of Columbia.
