What the?  What does that even mean?  David tries to stretch a play on words to oppose the idea of "walking it off".  In most cases when someone is physically compromised or emotionally harmed, the old Mantra is to "walk it off".  While David agrees with this concept, it doesn't always apply and fundamentally, walking things onto you may be a better solution.  David takes us on one of his Orthowalks as he now calls them and he reveals what a portion of his trip was about.  This is the first installment of 4 episodes discussing what he came away with by walking it on.  Michelle gives great feedback and the homework is a winner.  Listen today.
