In this episode, we reflect, celebrate & calibrate to what completing a YEAR-LONG challenge feels like! For the last year, I went Live on my Facebook business page everyday for a year, in what I called "The 365 Challenge". It took me over a year to initiate such a bold challenge for myself. Knowing that I desire to hold a truth of 'my word is law', I had so many reasons for WHY I wanted to do this crazy thing. But even more important to me, was to tap into actually *doing it*. This episode is a beautiful conversation around gaining full power and confidence over the things keeping us small - for ourselves and for the world. Whatever fears hold you back, this will speak to what lies on the other side. With a New Year ahead of us, and the layers of growth that are always awaiting at our fingertips, I couldn't recommend the power of this episode more.
