In this episode, I share probably the most important episode yet. However, it's a personal episode - with a personal story. The story of Katie Blair. This episode tells the story of the last near decade of my life, that I've only been able to see clearly with hindsight at how many layers it truly held. This clarity also lead me to the deepest healing journey and inner work of my life over the most recent few years... as I realized how much of my identity and life I had built on sand. This story is one of turning sand into concrete, doing the hard work of clearing to make space for the new, and truly coming home to yourself. Whole. I hope it serves you. xx
