In this episode, I share my journey with the plant medicine known as Ayahuasca - and how it has served me on my path. I talk about how the medicine found me years ago, how I was guided to it in Peru and my most recent encounter with her in Kauai. This episode includes a lot of information about the medicine itself, how it’s used, what it is and what traditional ceremony looks and feels like.
