In this episode, we get really real about what it looks like to gain power over some of your DEEPEST triggers. As in, the ones that all of the years of work can't seem to crack yet. The ones so deep within the subconscious, we loose control before we can even blink. Well... I was able to do it recently, and the experience was both wild and emotional. Crossing into territory that once felt 'impossible' has given me an entire new outlook and hope for what my life gets to hold now. All of the scripts that get to be flipped. The creation of my reality, even in the parts that have - for decades - felt absolutely out of question. The love, presence, control & power this has opened for both my future, and from deep within myself... have forever changed me. I share this in hopes of showing it's possible for you too. xo
