Since we have been talking about mentoring this season, we cannot avoid and compare it with "coaching". To enlighten us further on what coaching is, we have invited Dr. James Huculak, originally from Canada, but has worked in the Philippines in the area of leadership development for over 40 years. He has been a faculty member at the International Graduate School of Leadership (IGSL) for 30 years, where he teaches leadership coaching. He has been involved in non-directive coaching for over 10 years and has coached leaders from more than 20 different countries. He has an “Associate Certified Coach” certification with the International Coaching Federation.
