I invite guests to share personal stories about acts of leadership that help shape their lives. In Episode 58, Kon Apostolopoulos shares a personal story that explains an expanded definition of customer. Next, he shares a story from his childhood that explains how his circumstances helped him value learning. He then shares a coaching story and advises us to attend to when we ought to be coaching in the learning zone and when we ought to support others in the performance zone.
