ICG has completed more than 300 consulting projects and trained more than 60,000 professionals in more than 30 industries. George is dedicated to helping businesses improve their performance and stewarding the next generation of talent development professionals. As part of his stewardship, George has accepted to be the next President of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI).
