I invite guests to share personal stories about acts of leadership that help shape their lives. In Episode 99, Mark McNally talks about a friend’s observation that raises Mark’s awareness about his work balance. He then shares a story about a company he took public, which transitioned to a discussion about transparency, vulnerability, trust, and loyalty. Mark also advises us to challenge our assumptions.
