I had the pleasure of connecting with Michaela Cox who hails from Texas and now resides in the state of Louisiana. She is certainly no stranger to the world of Academia as she holds a B.A in Sociology and a masters degree in Political science in American Government...not to mention an accomplished author with 7 titles currently published...and all the while being legally blind to boot. We cover a lot of ground as we talk about her experiences with her disability, her experiences with divorce, death, and also being a single mother while attending grad school.
