In this episode I talk to Zoe Toledo. Zoe is a Master's student studying Architecture at Harvard University. I found her article, "Experiments in Navajo “Modernity”: Demonstration Stations and Regional Development in the 1930s", while conducting research on the Navajo livestock reduction. We talk about the use of the modernity narrative, development, and the Navajo Nation in the 1930s.
