Are you a perfectionist? Do you frequently find yourself putting off a big goal or project because you're waiting for it to be "just right"?

Deep down, you know that you're really just procrastinating. Often, when we claim that something isn't good enough, it's really because we think that WE are not good enough.

It can be really tough to get past the fear that we are going to fail at the thing that we're putting off!

But a lot of the reason for that is because we worry too much about perfection.

This week, Blake and Val explore the source of our obsession with perfection, and why we are so afraid to put ourselves out there unless we've achieved it.
